Terms services

The services of MOBIMOP Sp. z o. o. are provided in accordance with these terms. They set out the rules for using the services of a company cleaning upholstery, mattresses, carpets and fitted carpets.

§Terms of service

• The scope and time of services are agreed with the customer.
• Prices, promotions and discounts in the price list are gross prices.
• An invoice or receipt is issued for the services. The company is not a VAT payer.
• Services are priced according to the price list published on the website.
• Orders are taken by phone at +48 577 528 363, via the contact form or through the company's social media.
• Every customer receives a 3-day guarantee; within three days of the service the customer may file a complaint.
• Our employee informs the customer of the service cost before starting work.
• Our employee will inform the customer of the estimated service time.
• The service can only be performed if the customer provides access to electricity and hot water.
• Our employee will inform the customer if the soiling cannot be removed. In that case the employee will explain why it is not possible.
• The employee should present other options that may help remove the soiling, if any exist, and advise how to avoid similar problems in future.
• The company is not liable for damage caused during the service by hidden defects of the items being cleaned.
• Our employee may refuse to perform the service if the job cannot be done effectively or the item is not suitable for cleaning.
• In some cases it is impossible to fully remove stains from strong dyes (coffee, tea, cola, inks, etc.), glue stains and other substances that penetrate the fibre structure.
• Placing an order means accepting these terms.
• Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
