Cleaning a sofa takes 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size, fabric type and level of soiling.

No extra costs. Prices always follow the price list. Only travel outside the city may be charged.

Estimated sofa drying time is 3 to 8 hours. Sometimes upholstery may dry up to 15 hours - it depends on the fabric, soiling and humidity in the room.

Yes, we do. Removing pet urine odour is included in the price. Please tell us about it before placing the order.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every stain will come out. Some stains penetrate the fibre structure and damage the material, also changing its colour where damaged. But in 98% of cases we do remove every stain.

We clean upholstery with the extraction method. It is the most effective method of furniture upholstery cleaning on the market. It thoroughly removes soiling and unpleasant odours and refreshes fabrics. It requires specialist equipment, the right products, knowledge and experience, so we recommend using a professional company that knows upholstered furniture.

Yes, we do, but it is an extra service costing 30% of the order. Drying takes 1 to 2 hours on average.

Furniture upholstery cleaning is completely safe for small children and pets! We use only ECO-certified detergents and stain removers intended for indoor upholstery cleaning.

Unfortunately there is no guarantee that every single stain will come out. Some stains cannot be removed because they penetrate the thread structure and damage the upholstery. In such a case a repeat clean makes no sense.

Estimated mattress drying time is 10 to 15 hours. Sometimes a mattress may dry up to 24 hours - it depends on the material, soiling and humidity in the room.

Removing blood stains from a mattress can be difficult, but there are steps that improve the chances of success - provided the stain was not cleaned by yourself first. Effectiveness depends largely on the mattress cover material and how long ago the stain appeared. From experience, the success rate for blood stains is about 50/50.

Cleaning a mattress takes about 45 minutes depending on its size and how dirty it is.

No special preparation is needed, our employee will do everything. We only need access to electricity and hot water.

There is no single answer, because stain removal effectiveness depends on many factors: the type of stain, the mattress material, how long ago the stain appeared and whether the mattress was cleaned by yourself. Mattress cleaning is above all about hygiene - we very effectively remove dirt, dust, mites and germs. Unfortunately we cannot say in advance which stain will come out and which will not.

Mattress cleaning means cleaning the cover, because most mattresses have a non-removable one. If the cover unzips and can be machine washed, we will not come to clean the foam itself. Cleaning the foam is not very effective and not necessary, because most of the soiling collects in the cover.

We clean all carpet materials except wool, viscose, long-pile and silk carpets.

Carpet cleaning costs PLN 22 per m².

We clean carpets only at the customer's place, using the extraction method.

The carpet underneath is not wet, it is completely dry, so there is no need to worry about a wooden floor. After cleaning it can dry on the floor. Please just remember that a damp carpet must not be rolled up!

Estimated carpet drying time: 5 to 10 hours.

No special preparation is needed. We only need access to electricity and hot water.

For office carpets we use only professional equipment: Santoemma Sabrina MAXI, Prochem 2000 and Sebo. You can see our equipment on the About us page.

Yes, we move furniture we are able to move. We do not move large pieces.

The time depends on the area and how dirty it is. Within one hour we can clean 50-100 m² of office carpet.

Estimated fitted carpet drying time: 5-10 hours.

Yes, of course. Our team can clean both the carpet and the office furniture at the same time.

In 98% of cases we can remove any stain. Some stains penetrate the fibre structure and damage the material, also changing its colour where damaged - in such cases cleaning does not help, because the material is already destroyed.

Area up to 50 m² - PLN 15/m² gross. Area 50-100 m² - PLN 13/m² gross. Area 100-200 m² - PLN 11/m² gross. Area over 200 m² - individual quote.

Every customer has a 3-day guarantee. Within 3 days of the service, a customer who considers the result unsatisfactory reports it to our office - we come back for a repeat clean and fix the problem.

More about our services

Customer questions about upholstery cleaning - straight answers

We have gathered here the questions we hear most often on the phone. We answer them the way we would in conversation: concretely, with numbers and without promising things that cannot be done. If you do not find your question, call +48 577 528 363 or write through the form - we call back within 15 minutes during working hours, that is every day from 8:00 to 20:00. Requests sent through the form get a -10% discount.

Timing and organisation of the service

  • How long does cleaning a piece of furniture take? A sofa 40-60 minutes, a corner sofa 60-90 minutes, a mattress about an hour, a set of four chairs about 40 minutes, a 15 m² carpet roughly an hour.
  • How long does upholstery take to dry? Furniture 4 to 8 hours, mattresses 10 to 15 hours, carpeting 4 to 8 hours with good ventilation. Blower drying (PLN 80) roughly halves that time.
  • Can you come the same day? In Warsaw very often yes - just call in the morning. Outside the city the usual lead time is 24 to 48 hours.
  • Do you work at weekends? Yes, seven days a week from 8:00 to 20:00.
  • Do I have to be at home? An adult has to let the team in and accept the work. You do not need to stand over us the whole time.
  • What should I prepare? Access to power and hot water and about a metre of free space around the furniture. We bring everything else.

Prices and payment

  • Can the price go up on site? No. We give the amount before we arrive and stick to it. If the scope turns out to be smaller, you pay less.
  • Does stain removal cost extra? No, it is always included in the price, whatever the number of stains.
  • What is the minimum order? PLN 150. With a single armchair it is worth adding chairs or a mattress - one visit is cheaper than two.
  • Is there a travel charge? Not within Warsaw. Outside the city we agree the cost individually, within a 50 km radius.
  • How can I pay? Cash, card or bank transfer, after the work is done.
  • Do you issue invoices? Yes, to companies and private individuals. For companies we also offer settlement with deferred payment terms.

Effectiveness - what comes out and what does not

The most common question is whether the stain will disappear. The answer depends on what the stain is, how old it is and what was done to it before. Protein soiling - blood, urine, sweat, milk - we break down enzymatically and in most cases it comes out completely. Coffee, tea, juices and kitchen grease usually do too. Harder are red wine and food dyes, which penetrate the structure of the fibre, and hardest of all are paint, ink, nail polish and scorch marks, where we honestly warn about the limits.

What was done to the stain before we arrived matters too. Heat sets proteins, and vinegar, baking soda and washing-up liquid can permanently change the shade of some dyes. If you have already tried home remedies, simply tell us - we will choose a different product rather than work blind.

  • Will the yellow mark come out of a mattress? In most cases it lightens clearly or disappears. With marks several years old we say before cleaning what to expect.
  • Will you remove the pet smell? Yes, using enzymes and an odour neutraliser. If the urine has gone into the base or the foam, part of the smell may remain - we say so beforehand.
  • Will cleaning remove wear marks? No. Wear is physically damaged fibre, which cleaning cannot rebuild. We remove dirt, we do not recreate material.

Safety for fabrics and for the household

  • Will the fabric shrink? With extraction cleaning the risk is minimal, because the furniture is not soaked and the moisture is drawn out as we go. With wool and cotton we use less water and warn about possible minimal shrinkage.
  • Do you clean every fabric? No. Fabrics marked S (solvent cleaning only) and viscose and silk carpets we do not clean with water - we say so openly instead of risking damage.
  • Are the products safe for children and pets? Yes. We use certified professional chemistry, which we rinse out of the fabric. Once dry, the furniture is ready for normal use and does not smell of chemicals.
  • Will the furniture get dirty faster after cleaning? No, as long as the detergent is rinsed out. That is why we always finish with a rinse - product residue works like glue for dust.
  • Do you clean leather and eco-leather? That is a different service from extraction cleaning; we do not clean leather with pressurised water.

How often to clean

In an average flat once a year is enough for furniture and mattresses. We shorten that to 6-8 months when there is an allergy sufferer, a baby, a dog or a cat in the house, or someone smokes. Carpets in the hall and carpeting in walkways get dirty faster than textiles in rarely used rooms, so there a sensible interval is 3 to 6 months.

The practical signs that it is time to call are simple: the fabric has changed shade where people sit, you can smell something when you lie down on the sofa, dust rises when you pat a cushion, and morning sneezing and a runny nose stop once you leave the house. Regular cleaning extends the life of furniture, because it removes the sand that wears the fibres from the inside with every movement.

Pets, children and allergies

With pets the biggest problem is not hair but urine and saliva - that is, protein soiling. An ordinary detergent spreads it around and the smell comes back after a few days, which is why we use an enzymatic product that breaks the soiling down, plus an odour neutraliser. With children the key thing is that no chemical residue stays in the fabric after cleaning, so we rinse longer and use gentler products.

For allergy sufferers the most important items are mattresses and carpets, because that is where house dust mites gather. Extraction rinses the allergens out of the top layer together with the dust and skin - an effect that cannot be achieved by surface vacuuming alone. We then recommend cleaning every 6 months plus a mattress protector washed at a high temperature.

Companies, offices and premises

  • Can you come after working hours? Yes, we work until 20:00, and for larger jobs we arrange weekends.
  • Does furniture have to be moved out of the office? No. We shift light items ourselves and work around heavy ones. We only ask you to clear cables and small objects off the floor.
  • When will the office be ready? Carpeting dries in 4 to 8 hours. With cleaning on Friday evening everything is dry on Monday.
  • Do you serve hotels and kindergartens? Yes, including packages for a dozen or more mattresses or larger carpeted areas.

Questions about equipment and method

  • How does extraction cleaning differ from steam? A steam cleaner softens the dirt but has no way of taking it away, so the soiling stays in the fabric. Extraction forces the solution in and immediately sucks it back out with the dirt - the result is visible in the dirty water in the tank.
  • What equipment do you work with? Prochem Steempro 2000 and Santoemma Grace, SW 30 and SW 15 Car Wash extraction cleaners. The choice of machine depends on the type of surface.
  • What chemistry do you use? Certified professional chemistry: enzymatic products for protein soiling and odour neutralisers. For delicate fabrics we choose products with a lower pH.
  • Does cleaning leave a chemical smell? No. After cleaning we rinse the fabric, so once dry the furniture simply does not smell.
  • Will the cleaning water flood the floor? No. The machine draws the moisture out as we go, and we additionally protect the floor with film and towels.

Practical questions after the service

  • When can I sit on the sofa? When the fabric is dry to the touch, usually after 4 to 8 hours. Before that it is better not to put blankets or bedding on it.
  • When can I make the bed? After the mattress has dried completely, usually after 10 to 15 hours. Trapped moisture is the shortest route to a musty smell.
  • Can I turn the heating on to dry it faster? Yes, warmth and airflow help. What we do not recommend is drying with a hot heater held close.
  • How should I care for the furniture until the next cleaning? Vacuum once a week with the upholstery nozzle, react to fresh stains by pressing a towel on them, turn the seat cushions and avoid strong sunlight.
  • What if something bothers me once it has dried? Call us. We come back and check - that is a normal part of the service, not an exceptional courtesy.

Questions about unusual items

  • Do you clean prams? Yes, with disinfection - PLN 80. It is a common job before a second child is born or before selling the pram.
  • Do you clean child car seats? Yes, after a quote, because models differ in construction and in how the fabric comes off.
  • Do you clean large soft toys? Yes, plush toys and textile toys are quoted individually.
  • Do you clean curtains and net curtains? Yes, after seeing the fabric; for delicate materials we choose the right method.
  • Do you clean car interiors? Yes - seats PLN 50, rear bench PLN 120, door panels PLN 40, floor mats PLN 60, boot PLN 80, headliner PLN 150, the whole interior PLN 350.
  • Do you clean garden furniture? Yes, cushions and outdoor furniture fabrics, as long as they are not wet from rain at the time of the service.

Did not find your case? Call +48 577 528 363 - we will tell you whether cleaning makes sense, and if it does not, we will say so directly.
