How to book upholstery cleaning

• Write or call - tell us what needs cleaning: a sofa, corner sofa, mattress, armchairs, chairs, a carpet or carpeting. For unusual furniture, send a photo.
• You get a quote - we give an exact amount before we arrive, without seeing the furniture and without a preliminary visit.
• We agree a date - we work every day from 8:00 to 20:00 and can very often come the same day.
• We arrive with all the equipment - machines, chemicals, extension cords and protective film are ours. From you we only need access to power and hot water.
• You pay after the service - cash, card or bank transfer. We issue an invoice on request.

What is worth mentioning when you book

The more detail you give on the phone, the more accurate the quote and the smaller the chance of surprises. Four pieces of information help: the type and rough size of the furniture (for example a corner sofa 2.8 x 1.6 m), the type of fabric if you know it, the presence of special stains - pet urine, wine, blood, paint - and the address with the floor and whether the building has a lift. For carpets, the dimensions or the approximate floor area of the room are enough.

If someone in the house has allergies, or there is a small child or a pet, tell us right away. We will choose gentler chemistry and rinse the fabric longer so that no detergent traces remain after drying. This information costs nothing and genuinely changes the way we do the job.

Working hours and dates

We take bookings and work every day from 8:00 to 20:00, seven days a week. In practice this means the service can be booked after work or at the weekend - the most common choice among private clients. Companies most often choose Friday afternoons so that carpeting or chairs dry over the weekend.

Within Warsaw we very often carry out jobs on the day they are booked - just call in the morning. Outside the city the usual lead time is 24 to 48 hours. If a particular hour matters to you, say so when booking; we plan the route around working hours, school pick-ups or deliveries at your premises.

What the visit looks like

We arrive with our own equipment: professional Prochem and Santoemma extraction cleaners and certified chemistry. We protect the floor with film and towels and work in clean indoor shoes. First we vacuum the furniture thoroughly, then treat the stains spot by spot, then carry out extraction cleaning with rinsing, and finally extract the moisture. The furniture is left damp, not wet.

A sofa or corner sofa usually takes 40 to 90 minutes, a mattress about an hour, a set of chairs 30 to 45 minutes. Furniture upholstery dries in 4 to 8 hours, a mattress in 10 to 15 hours - which is why mattresses are best cleaned in the morning. On request we finish drying with a blower (extra service PLN 80, about 30 minutes).

Prices and payment

Prices are fixed and do not depend on the level of soiling. A two-seater sofa is PLN 162 after the discount, a three-seater sofa PLN 198, a standard corner sofa PLN 225, a single mattress PLN 99, a double mattress PLN 144, an armchair from PLN 45, a chair from PLN 19 each, a carpet or carpeting in a flat PLN 22 per m², office carpeting from PLN 13 per m². The minimum order is PLN 150. Stain removal is always included in the price.

You pay only after the service and after seeing the result. We accept cash, payment cards and bank transfers, and we issue invoices both to companies and to private individuals. Companies that order regularly can have a fixed schedule and settlement with deferred payment terms.

We serve every district of Warsaw: Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Bemowo, Bielany, Żoliborz, Białołęka, Targówek, Praga-Północ, Praga-Południe, Ochota, Włochy, Ursus, Wawer, Rembertów, Wesoła and Śródmieście. Travel within the city is free.

Why a quote over the phone is reliable

Many cleaning companies avoid giving a price before seeing the furniture, because they charge by the level of soiling. We chose a different model: the price depends on the type and size of the furniture, not on how dirty it is. That is why the amount can be given in the first conversation and there is no need for a preliminary visit, which for the client means two meetings instead of one.

This way of working has one more advantage - it is predictable for companies. Accounting gets the amount before the service is ordered, not after it is done. For recurring jobs, for example cleaning carpeting every six months, the cost can be put into the budget a year in advance.

• Preferred date - indicate the day that suits you. If you have no preference, we will propose the nearest free one.
• City or district - needed to plan the route and calculate travel outside Warsaw.

When is the best time to book

The most convenient slots are mornings - the furniture then dries all day and can be used normally in the evening. This applies especially to mattresses, which dry in 10 to 15 hours. Sofas and armchairs can also be cleaned in the afternoon, as they dry in 4 to 8 hours.

Before holidays, long weekends and in September, when office jobs come back, the calendar fills up faster. If you are planning cleaning before a particular event - guests arriving, photos of a flat for letting, the opening of a venue - call a few days ahead to be sure of the date.

We serve offices, hotels, kindergartens, practices and commercial premises on the same terms as private clients, with two differences. First, we plan the work outside business hours - usually in the evening or at the weekend, so the surface has time to dry before opening. Second, for recurring jobs we agree a schedule and remind you of the next date, so nobody in the company has to keep track of it.

To prepare an offer we need the area or the number of items, the type of surface and the hours available. We send the quote back the same day and issue the invoice according to the client's accounting procedure, including deferred payment terms.
