Price list for cleaning upholstery, mattresses and carpets in Warsaw

Prices at MobiMop are fixed and we give them before we arrive, after a short conversation about what needs cleaning. We charge no extra for the level of soiling, we do not add the cost of stain removal and we do not change the amount on the spot. If, once we see the furniture, the scope turns out to be smaller than described, you pay less - never more than what you heard on the phone. All amounts are gross prices, and the second column in the price list is the price after the -10% discount that applies to bookings made through the form.

The minimum order is PLN 150. Travel within Warsaw is free; outside the city we quote it individually within a 50 km radius. Payment is made after the work is done - cash, card or bank transfer, and on request we issue an invoice for a company or a private individual.

Sofas, corner sofas and armchairs

• Two-seater sofa up to 1.8 m - PLN 180, after discount PLN 162.
• Three-seater sofa 1.8-2.5 m - PLN 220, after discount PLN 198.
• Four-seater XL sofa over 2.5 m - individual quote.
• Standard corner sofa up to 2.5 x 1.5 m - PLN 250, after discount PLN 225.
• Large corner sofa over 2.5 x 1.5 m - PLN 270, after discount PLN 243.
• U-shaped corner sofa - individual quote once you give the dimensions.
• Sleeping section of a sofa or corner sofa - PLN 35, after discount PLN 31.50.
• Back cushion - PLN 13-18 each.
• Armchair with a wooden frame - PLN 50, after discount PLN 45.
• Bucket chair - PLN 70, after discount PLN 63.
• Lounge armchair - PLN 80, after discount PLN 72.
• Wing chair - PLN 110, after discount PLN 99.
• Poufs and footstools - from PLN 31.50 to PLN 49.50 depending on size.

Chairs

• Chair with a hard back and a soft seat - PLN 22, after discount PLN 19 each.
• Chair with a soft back and seat - PLN 40, after discount PLN 36 each.
• Swivel office chair - PLN 45, after discount PLN 40 each.
• Gaming chair - PLN 55, after discount PLN 49 each.

For sets of six chairs or more the quote is often better than the sum of single pieces - give us the number of chairs when you book and we will calculate it straight away.

Mattresses and beds

• Single mattress - PLN 110 on one side (after discount PLN 99), PLN 220 on both sides (after discount PLN 198).
• Double mattress - PLN 160 on one side (after discount PLN 144), PLN 280 on both sides (after discount PLN 252).
• Upholstered bed with headboard - PLN 190, after discount PLN 171.
• Headboard on its own - PLN 120, after discount PLN 108.

Carpets and carpeting

• Carpet in a flat - PLN 22 per m².
• Fitted carpeting in a flat - PLN 22 per m².
• Small rug up to 2 m² - PLN 40 each.
• Office carpeting up to 50 m² - PLN 15 per m².
• Office carpeting 50-100 m² - PLN 14 per m².
• Office carpeting 100-200 m² - PLN 13 per m².
• Office carpeting over 200 m² - individual quote.

Car upholstery

• Cleaning one seat (base and back) - PLN 50.
• Cleaning the rear bench - PLN 120.
• Cleaning door panels - PLN 40 each.
• Cleaning floor mats - PLN 60 per set.
• Cleaning the boot - PLN 80.
• Cleaning the headliner - PLN 150.
• Complete cleaning of the whole interior - PLN 350.

Additional services

• Cleaning a pram with disinfection - PLN 80.
• Blower drying of the furniture, about 30 minutes - PLN 80.
• Child car seat - individual quote.
• Cleaning toys and soft toys - individual quote.
• Curtains and net curtains - individual quote after we see the fabric.

What the price depends on

The quote is based on the type and size of the furniture, not on how dirty it is. A three-seater sofa costs the same whether we clean it as a precaution after a year or after five years of use with children and a dog. This way of charging is fair to the client: you know the amount before you let anyone into your home and you do not risk the price going up once the furniture has been inspected.

We quote individually only for items that cannot be classified in advance: corner sofas of unusual shapes, XL furniture, curtains, child seats and larger office areas. In those cases we ask for a photo and the dimensions - we give the amount in the same conversation or in reply to your message.

How to pay less

• Book through the form - a -10% discount then applies to the whole order.
• Combine several items in one visit - a sofa plus two armchairs, or a mattress plus a carpet, works out cheaper than two separate visits.
• Get neighbours or family together - several flats at one address means one journey and a better quote.
• Do not wait until the last moment - preventive cleaning once a year is cheaper than rescuing furniture that has collected everything for five years.
• Give exact dimensions - that way we get the right price category straight away and there are no surprises.

What is always included

Every service includes travel within Warsaw, protection of the floor and the surroundings, thorough vacuuming of the furniture before cleaning, spot stain treatment, extraction cleaning with rinsing, moisture extraction and advice on how to care for the fabric between cleanings. We add no charges for chemicals, for weekend work or for carrying equipment to a higher floor without a lift.

The only things charged separately are the additional services listed in the price list - above all blower drying - and travel beyond the borders of Warsaw. We always mention this before we set off, so the amount at the end is exactly what you heard at the beginning.

A quote without seeing the furniture

We do not require a visit before the service. Just tell us what needs cleaning, give rough dimensions or send a photo - we give the amount immediately. That way the whole matter takes one phone call rather than two meetings. This works especially well for company orders, where the decision needs the cost to be known in advance.

The price list and the area we cover

Prices are the same in every district of Warsaw: Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Bemowo, Bielany, Żoliborz, Białołęka, Targówek, Praga-Północ, Praga-Południe, Ochota, Włochy, Ursus, Wawer, Rembertów, Wesoła and Śródmieście. Outside the city, within 50 km - Piaseczno, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Pruszków, Piastów, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Raszyn, Michałowice, Nadarzyn, Ząbki, Marki, Legionowo, Łomianki, Józefów, Otwock, Sulejówek, Wołomin, Grodzisk Mazowiecki - only the travel cost agreed in advance is added to the price.

Why we do not charge extra for soiling

Charging by the level of soiling sounds logical, but in practice it is uncomfortable for both sides. The client does not know the amount until the team is inside the flat, and the company is tempted to judge the furniture more harshly than necessary. That is why our price follows the type and size of the furniture - parameters you can give over the phone and that nobody reinterprets on site.

From our point of view the difference in work between a sofa cleaned every year and one cleaned after five years is a few extra passes with the machine. From the client's point of view the difference between a known and an unknown price is fundamental - it decides whether they order at all. We chose the simpler model and have kept to it since 2019.

Example sets and what they cost

• Living room: a standard corner sofa and two lounge armchairs - PLN 225 + PLN 144 = PLN 369.
• Bedroom: a double mattress on one side and a headboard - PLN 144 + PLN 108 = PLN 252.
• Dining room: six chairs with soft backs - 6 x PLN 36 = PLN 216.
• Child's room: a single mattress and a 6 m² carpet - PLN 99 + PLN 132 = PLN 231.
• Home office: two swivel chairs and 20 m² of carpeting - PLN 80 + PLN 300 = PLN 380.
• Car: a set of seats, the rear bench and floor mats - PLN 100 + PLN 120 + PLN 60 = PLN 280.

We always calculate sets when you book, so you know the total before we arrive. For larger orders - several rooms, a rental flat after tenants, a whole set of furniture before the holidays - we give a package price.

Prices for companies

Companies are billed by invoice, including deferred payment terms if that is how your accounts work. For areas over 200 m² and for ongoing cooperation - for example cleaning carpeting twice a year - we prepare an individual offer that is usually better than the standard rate. For a quote we need the area, the type of carpeting and the hours during which we can work.

To get the discounted price, simply send a request through the form on the site and write what needs cleaning. The -10% discount is applied automatically to the whole order, including when it covers several items from different categories.
