MOBIMOP Sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw service company that cleans furniture upholstery, mattresses, carpets, fitted carpeting and car interiors. We started in 2019 with one machine and jobs in flats in Mokotów; today we have more than 21,000 pieces of furniture cleaned and over 800 reviews on Google behind us. Our registered office is at ul. Nowogrodzka 64 in Warsaw, but all the work is done at our clients' - in flats, houses, offices and commercial premises in Warsaw and within 50 km of the city.

How we work

Our service rests on three rules we have kept since the very first job. First, the price is known before we arrive and does not change on site. Second, we are honest about what to expect: if a stain cannot be removed or a mattress should be replaced, we say so instead of taking money for an apparent result. Third, we leave the place tidy, because we work in someone's home, not in a workshop.

In practice this means we protect the floor with film and towels before cleaning, work in clean indoor shoes, and pack the equipment away so that nothing is left of our visit except clean furniture. That is the most common reason clients come back to us - not because we are the cheapest.

The equipment we work with

• Prochem Steempro 2000 - an industrially built extraction cleaner with a 250 psi pump and a 2.8 kW Heat&Run water heater. We use it for large areas and office carpeting.
• Santoemma Grace - a machine with two three-stage motors of 1500 W in total, a High-Waterlift system and 70 l tanks. Huge suction power shortens the drying time.
• Santoemma SW 30 - a compact extractor for furniture upholstery and smaller areas; manoeuvrable, ideal for armchairs and chairs.
• Santoemma SW 15 Car Wash - a machine from the Car Wash series for car interiors and hard-to-reach places.

Choosing a machine is not about prestige but about the result. The most important parameter in upholstery cleaning is water lift - how much moisture the machine draws out of the furniture. The more water comes back into the tank, the faster the sofa dries and the lower the risk of an odour staying in the foam.

The chemistry we use

We work with certified professional products chosen for the type of soiling and the fabric. Enz-All is an enzymatic product that breaks down protein soiling - blood, urine, sweat, milk and food residue. Kill Odor Plus neutralises pet and musty odours by breaking down the odour molecules instead of masking them with perfume. For delicate fabrics, children's mattresses and furniture in the homes of allergy sufferers we use products with a lower pH and a weaker concentration.

We finish every cleaning with a rinse so that no layer of detergent stays in the fabric. This matters for two reasons: the remains of a product attract dust so the furniture gets dirty faster, and they can irritate the skin of children and allergy sufferers. Once dry, the furniture does not smell of chemicals - it is simply clean.

Our team

The work is done by permanent staff trained on our own equipment, not by random crews hired for the day. This matters when an expensive corner sofa or a fabric that does not tolerate water is involved - the decision on how to clean is made on the spot and needs experience. Each of our people knows when to stop and call for advice instead of experimenting on someone else's furniture.

We enter a client's home in indoor shoes, introduce ourselves and show what will be done and how. When we finish we show the result and explain how to care for the fabric until the next cleaning. If something did not go the way we planned, we are the first to say so.

The third are companies: offices with carpeting and swivel chairs, medical practices, kindergartens, hotels and commercial premises where cleanliness is part of the image.

Owners of rental flats and property managers call us more and more often too. Cleaning the upholstery between tenants is the cheapest way to make a flat look good in photos and to make sure the next tenant does not start with complaints about the smell of the sofa.

We serve the whole of Warsaw: Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Bemowo, Bielany, Żoliborz, Białołęka, Targówek, Praga-Północ, Praga-Południe, Ochota, Włochy, Ursus, Wawer, Rembertów, Wesoła and Śródmieście. Travel within Warsaw is free. Outside the city we agree the cost when you book, always before the date is confirmed, so there are no surprises at settlement.

Safety and formalities

We operate as a limited liability company: MOBIMOP Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 64, 02-014 Warsaw, NIP 7011025622, REGON 388449972. We issue invoices to companies and private individuals, and for ongoing cooperation we adapt to the client's accounting procedures, including deferred payment terms.

On every job we work with respect for the client's property - we protect floors, walls and neighbouring furniture. If a fabric is doubtful, we test it in a hidden place and only then decide whether to clean it. We would rather decline a job than ruin an expensive piece of furniture.

What our work looks like from the inside

The working day starts with the route. We plan it so that jobs in one part of the city sit next to each other - that is how we manage to fit an urgent request in the same day instead of sending the client away until next week. Before every departure we check the condition of the machines, the stock of chemicals and the cleanliness of the hoses, because a dirty hose can spoil the result of the best cleaning.

On site we always start with a conversation and an inspection. We ask how old the furniture is, whether it has been cleaned before, and about stains that are not obvious at first glance. Only then do we set up the equipment. That order matters: some decisions - how much moisture, which product, how many passes - are made right then, not by a rigid template.

What we do not do

• We do not clean fabrics marked S - those are cleaned with solvent only; water would ruin them.
• We do not clean viscose and silk carpets with water - the fibre stiffens and changes shade, and the damage is often irreversible.
• We do not promise to remove paint, ink or scorch marks - we say before cleaning what result to expect.
• We do not change the price on site - the amount agreed by phone is binding.
• We do not leave furniture wet - we extract moisture until the fabric is damp rather than soaked.

This list is as important as the list of services. A client who knows in advance what we will not do can decide consciously whether cleaning makes sense - and does not pay for disappointment.

Reviews and trust

More than 800 reviews on Google are the most important indicator for us, because they come from people who let us into their own homes. We read them all, including the critical ones - several changes in the way we work, for example the standard for protecting floors and compulsory indoor shoes, came directly from clients' remarks. We are also a winner of the TOP 100 of Poland competition in the cleaning services category.

We do not buy reviews and we do not ask for them in exchange for a discount. If the service went well, the client comes back and recommends us - more than half of our jobs come from recommendations or from people who have used our services before.

What has changed since 2019

We started by cleaning sofas in flats with one machine in the boot. Mattresses, carpets and carpeting came later, then company contracts, and with them higher-capacity equipment and work in time windows outside office hours. Today, in season, we do a dozen or so jobs a day, but the principle has stayed the same: one team, one responsibility, no subcontracting to random crews.

Our approach to information has changed too. At the start clients asked mainly about the price; today they ask just as often about the composition of the chemistry, about safety for children and about how long the furniture will take to dry. That is why we talk about it openly before we arrive - it shortens the conversation on site and builds trust faster than any advertisement.
