Pytania mieszkańców dzielnicy Prądnik Czerwony
Are the products safe for a small child?
We use certified Chemspec products; once dry they leave neither residue nor smell. The furniture can be used again as soon as it has dried.
Can a juice stain from six months ago still be removed?
Usually yes, though an old stain needs more time and sometimes two passes. We look at the result together once everything is dry.
My child wet the mattress. What should I do before you arrive?
Soak up as much liquid as you can with a towel, pressing down firmly, and do not pour water on it. Water carries the urine deeper and widens the area we then have to draw out.
