Blocks of flats from the 1970s stand next to brand new developments. The flats are compact, often with a fold-out sofa instead of a bed.
Najczęściej pracujemy tu z takimi zleceniami: Fold-out sofas, mattresses and carpeting in student flats.
Z czym przyjeżdżamy tu najczęściej
- Fold-out sofas in studio flats near AGH, used as an everyday bed.
- Mattresses in flats rented out to students.
- Upholstery in the new apartments on the site of the former airfield.
Czyżyny and Dąbie are within our travel range at no extra charge.
Pytania mieszkańców dzielnicy Czyżyny
The sofa folds out for sleeping - do you clean the mechanism too?
We clean the fabric across the whole surface, including the fold-out part. We do not lubricate the mechanism itself - that is a job for a furniture service.
I rent my flat to students, how often should the sofa be cleaned?
With tenants coming and going, once a year or at every change of occupants works best. That costs less than replacing the sofa after three years.
I rent out a studio and the sofa is the only place to sleep. How do I look after it?
Vacuum it with a brush once a week and have it extraction cleaned once a year. A cover you can take off and machine wash adds several years to the life of the piece.
