Pytania mieszkańców dzielnicy Bieżanów-Prokocim
The kitchen opens onto the living room and the sofa picks up cooking smells. What can be done about it?
That is a common problem in flats with an open kitchen. Grease from the air settles in the fabric and holds the smell - only hot water extraction takes it out, not an air freshener.
How quickly can you come?
Usually within 24 hours, and in Bieżanów and Prokocim often the same day if you get in touch in the morning.
The sofa smells of fried food. Air freshener does not help.
It will not help, because the smell is held by grease settled in the fibres. Only cleaning with a degreasing agent removes it - after that the smell does not come back.
